While Monitor ERP offers a wide range of features, it currently lacks a payroll module. Payroll management must therefore be handled through a separate program. Here, Dobra provides flexible and efficient solutions for transferring data from Monitor ERP to various payroll systems. This ensures seamless financial and payroll processes, supporting your business in the best possible way.

Using the client’s accounting system – what does that mean?
When we say we use the client’s system, we mean we adapt to the bookkeeping system chosen by the client. If the client doesn’t already have a system, we can acquire a license for a program that suits their needs. If they already have an accounting system in place, we continue using it. This makes switching accounting firms simple, as the new firm only needs access to the existing system to pick up where the previous one left off.
Our goal is to provide excellent service at a competitive price, ensuring that clients feel confident in their choice of accounting firm. We want our clients to be satisfied with their decision, even if they receive offers from elsewhere.
The systems we use daily and offer to new clients include Netvisor, Monitor ERP, Fennoa, and Procountor. If a client uses a different system and wants to switch to our services, we can usually find a solution for that as well. By adapting to the client’s needs, we ensure that accounting management is easy, flexible, and efficient.

Does changing accountants sound complicated?
At Dobra, we focus solely on electronic accounting, which means that when a client switches to us, they either adopt an electronic system or we transition from their previous system. If you are not yet using an electronic system, now is a good time to start, and Dobra will assist you with it. If you already have an electronic system, simply provide us with the login details for your system and grant the necessary permissions on suomi.fi, and we’ll take care of the
rest.
